Add to this a compelling purpose, an ambitious Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG), and a daily routine that lets your team see they are making meaningful progress with quarterly celebrations — all detailed in the book Start to Scale – and you have a great environment for high morale. As Dan Heath shared in his book Reset, people simply want to know they are making daily progress toward a meaningful goal.
