Will we need to build a stronger company culture?

Short Answer:

A strong culture is critical to flawless execution. If there is consistent drama in the organization – broken promises, mistakes, unresponsiveness to customers and each other, etc. – it’s an indication you need to build a stronger company culture.  Culture is simply the total of all the behaviors by people in the organization.  These behaviors need to be identified and reinforced as Towne Park did with their 31 “Daily Basics.”  All 30,000 employees, working in any one shift, would participate in a quick daily huddle and review the three or four behaviors highlighted that day – causing the entire organization to audit and reinforce over 100 behaviors each month that constituted the Towne Park way of delivering on their service promises to customers.
